Over the past two years we have all seen increasing hubris from various elected and unelected officials within the de facto US Inc. government seeking to impose unnatural lockdowns, mandates, restrictions on the daily lives of Americans in every state.
Recently Governor Kathy Hochul and her Department of Health commissioner came under scrutiny for a new regulation they were trying to push through, requiring forced quarantines of anyone the DOH deemed sick.
This absurd encroachment on basic rights of all people to be safe in their homes — a Constitutionally protected right — was successfully challenged by New York attorney Bobbie Anne Cox in conjunction with a few citizens’ groups and assemblymen keen to preserve the proper boundaries between the Executive and Legislative sides of government.

Despite the big win for New York of this lawsuit, with judge Ploetz striking down the regulation as illegal and unConstitutional, Gov Kathy Hochul and Attorney-General Letitia James have now come back with an appeal in a move shocking to all, indicative it appears of a grasping thrust for supreme power over the people.
In a candid conversation where we discuss extant sections of New York code which already allow for imposition of quarantine if someone is found to be contagious and a hazard to public health, we look also at the extreme nature of this regulation.
Bobbie Anne Cox asks the pertinent questions regarding why a Governor in an election year would seek to antagonize New Yorkers with edicts clearly equipped to cause harm to families.
Larger questions remain. Is COVID going to be kept up as a supposed dangerous virus and pandemic forever? Is New York getting ready to implement the WEF/White House/Bill Gates plan for pandemics-forever, edicts-forever?
It does make one wonder what exactly the governor’s agenda is and why she is seeking to push through a devastatingly dictatorial edict permitting her administration absolute military powers to remove people from their homes.
Bobbie Anne explains how the regulation is arbitrary and capricious, requiring no proof of illness, no investigational medical enquiry, simply a random determination by Public Health officials that people have been "exposed" and therefore need to be kidnapped out of their homes and quarantined in an isolation camp--much as China and Australia have now modeled for the world.

The way to rebut tyranny is to expose and publicize it, agrees Bobbie Anne, as well as voting people out who espouse it.

This fall will see the Governor and Attorney-General primaries, she notes, and now is the time to vote out these two ladies who seem to be rolling out a Communist agenda of subjugation on New Yorkers.
Mandates and lockdowns have already led to a massive exodus from New York as Americans keen to preserve their freedoms look to move to states which will honor their birthright freedoms and not impose unlawful edicts on them.
